CRUD on Sale object

Sale object

In current version, Sale is the main object which represent Patient's Visit. It combines both financial and medical information. Sale is also a main object on which Patient's results report is generated. Ussually Sale is created from a reception module of iLab (iReg), but it is possible to be generated from external system trough web API.
